Time loop theory would also explain how, while 3 Halloweens have passed at NRC, no one’s gotten older or graduated so far. It would also make sense if, since ALL the events can’t happen in one year, some of them occur on different runs of the timeline (One run has Jamil and Kalim invited back for the Firelit Skies, another run is when Leona is called back for Tamashina-Mina, and yet another run is when Epel is called on for the Harveston Sled Festival). Meanwhile, events like the Starsending happen every time, so that Crowley’s perfected the group to do it (Deuce, Trey, Idia, Ortho) in a way that puts on the best performance, overcomes the weather adversity, and makes people happy (Idia’s wish just so happened to be granted after their specific actions). Meanwhile, since the events all happen on different runs when everyone’s memories have been reset, it prevents too many of them from realizing they have the same suspicions and specifically looking out for more “coincidences”.

This theory sounds like something out of a fever dream, but I’d wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out is accurate
